Heart to Heart: Helping Individuals, Families, and Children Heal and Grow.
Why Heart to Heart?

Are you concerned about your child's mental health? Are they struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, or other issues? If so, you're not alone. Many children and adolescents experience mental health challenges, and there are effective treatments available.

At Heart to Heart, there are a number of child therapy services available. These services can help children and their families cope with a wide range of mental health issues.

Some of the most common types of child therapy include:
-
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): CBT is a type of therapy that helps children learn how to change their thoughts and behaviors. This can be helpful for children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.
-
Play therapy: Play therapy is a type of therapy that uses play to help children express their thoughts and feelings. This can be helpful for children who are struggling with trauma, grief, or other emotional issues.
-
Family therapy: Family therapy can help families learn how to communicate better and resolve conflict. This can be helpful for families who are struggling with a child's mental health issue, or for families who are simply looking for ways to improve their communication.

If you're concerned about your child's mental health, it's important to seek professional help. A qualified therapist can assess your child's needs and develop a treatment plan that is right for them.
